Your badge card is no longer linked to your Parkingpay account; you may have deleted the vehicle to which the badge was registered.
To re-register the badge with your account:
Menu Account -> Vehicles -> select a vehicle -> Add badge -> register an existing badge -> enter the 12-digit number (no spaces required), and save.
The badge will then resume normal operation.
