Because your payment method is set to ‘single payment’ (parking fees are charged immediately after you finish), you pay a surcharge of 0.25 cents per transaction under CHF 20.
A corresponding message was displayed in your account when you entered and activated your payment method.
You can change the payment method at any time as follows:
Menu Account > Payment method > Select prepayment > activate.
You can then top up the account with various options in the Account > Top up account menu.
